One banquet hall that recently partnered with Orchid Land Planners to create an unforgettable outdoor space is the Grand Ballroom. Located in a scenic area surrounded by natural beauty, the venue wanted to create an outdoor space that would complement its elegant interiors and provide a stunning backdrop for weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions.

One S+3 building with a lift that recently partnered with Orchid Land Planners is the Starlight Apartments. Located in a prime location, the building needed a design that would maximize space utilization, provide adequate ventilation and natural light, and offer comfortable living spaces for its residents.
